Namrata Shinde is a seasoned Biomedical Engineer with over two decades of dedicated service in the healthcare industry. Since beginning her professional journey in 2001, she has continuously worked toward improving patient care through innovation, compassion, and high-quality healthcare solutions.
In 2008, she founded Care Biomedical, a leading company specializing in critical care medical equipment and home healthcare services. Under her leadership, Care Biomedical has become a trusted name in the healthcare community, providing advanced medical equipment and home-based care support to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Namrata is deeply committed to social service and believes strongly in giving back to society. She actively volunteers with and supports several NGOs dedicated to empowering individuals and uplifting communities in need.
During her extensive experience in healthcare, Namrata recognized a crucial gap in post-hospitalization patient care. She observed that families often struggle to coordinate multiple home care services—such as medical equipment, nursing support, caretakers, and meals—resulting in increased stress and inconsistent care quality. Driven by her vision to bridge this gap, she conceptualized and became the driving force behind Soyara Wellness Home.

As the Co-founder of Care Biomedical, Pravin has been instrumental in building one of the region’s most trusted names in the field of critical care and biomedical equipment solutions. His deep technical insight and commitment to innovation have helped the company deliver cutting-edge, user-friendly medical equipment to hospitals and healthcare providers across India.
A hardcore engineer by profession and a lifelong learner by passion, Pravin believes that continuous learning is the foundation of professional growth. After a successful career in the hospitality sector, Pradeep found himself at a crossroads — driven by a deeper desire to do something meaningful and give back to the community. His passion for helping others and making a real difference in people’s lives led him to enter the care industry in the UK, where he founded a community care business. Through that journey, Pradeep and his dedicated team have positively impacted countless lives, supporting individuals to live independently with dignity and respect.
The inspiration behind Soyara Wellness Home, however, runs much deeper and is rooted in personal experience. Pradeep witnessed his own grandfather become bedridden for several years after a severe stroke. During that time, his mother and her sisters took turns caring for him at home. While it was a difficult period, it was also a powerful example of family dedication. Pradeep recognised that not every family is in a position to provide that level of care — and this stayed with him.
As his own parents grow older, Pradeep began to reflect on the importance of having a reliable, affordable and compassionate support system for families who need it. This recognition led to the vision of Soyara Wellness Home — a place that offers a “home away from home” for those in need of care, while also giving families peace of mind and support during challenging times.
Founded with his long-time friend who shares the same passion, Soyara Wellness Home is built on empathy, dignity, and the belief that everyone deserves a warm, supportive environment where they can live as independently as possible.
